Custom Order Procedures
We welcome custom orders. If you have a CAD, DXF, EPS or AI file and would like
to send it to us we will be glad to bid your project. For faxing your drawing please call 407-332-4908. All orders will be
quoted on an individual basis. We try to get our estimates out within 24 hours of receiving the drawings.
Things to remember
when you are looking for a cost
1. What type of material you want to use? There are many types
of material available and many thicknesses.
2. What type of edge finish do you want? Do
you want a utility finish or smooth finish that looks like glass?
3.
Is the finish
date critical to your ETA?
4. Will you use a shipper or can you pick up the finished product locally?
5.
Be sure to include your information
such as name, telephone number and any other information you can send so we can contact you.

Return Policy
Any returns will need to be authorized by Acrylic Plus Manufacturing.
Items will need to be returned prepaid to our facility for a full refund of the selling price less shipping. Contact the returns
department for a return authorization number and state the reason for the return. The telephone number is 407-332-9992 and
the email address is returns@acrylicsplus.net We will charge a 40% restocking charge on unopened, new items. Items must be properly packed before returning them
to our factory. Items that have been broken in shipment will be reviewed by the carrier to determine if they are responsible.
Every effort will be made by our company to assure that our product will arrive in good condition and undamaged. We cannot
be responsible for the carrier damaging the shipping boxes or crates.
